Landlord has agreed to entertain the thought of accepting weekly payments. Rent as it exists on the lease is $2900/Month. Divided by 4 weeks = $725.00 weekly. If we add the $5/Member weekly increase that figure will = $775.00/weekly. Since there are 52 weeks in a year the landlord will collect an extra $5500.00 after one year. More than enough to cover the amount in arrears.

This amount should result in a substantial credit of about $1000.00, that the house should enjoy next year.
